Introduction to Agile Project Management

The objective of the program is to understand the essential concepts related to the use of agile methodologies and to achieve the necessary resources for the implementation of the different existing methodologies.

Agile methodologies have positioned themselves as one of the most important approaches in project management today. The training of this course is based on an introduction to agile methodologies, its principles, processes and application in the organization, as well as the knowledge of the different possibilities within the various methodologies most used in companies today.
